Welcome to the 2026 ISCA Annual Conference. This year’s event will be held at Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana on September 21–24, 2026.
Please check back soon for registration details. This conference offers exciting and informative sessions. There will also be plenty of time for networking, exchanging of ideas, and meeting with our exhibitors.
Hotel Reservations
ISCA members are eligible to book your rooms at a discounted rate. To lock in this rate, click the link below or call the Courtyard by Marriott at Horizon Convention Center at (765) 287-8550. This will ensure you receive the ISCA discounted rate. Rates for the Indiana Street Commissioners Conference are $136 per night (plus tax).
Please note:
- Rooms are blocked from September 21-24, 2026. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and can sell out at any time. Reservations need to be made early.
- The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm. Requests for early check-in and late check-out are considered on a “space available” basis and cannot be guaranteed.
ISCA Membership (Participants and Vendors)
It is time to renew your ISCA Membership, if you haven’t done so already. Please refer to the “Membership” section of this website for the forms and include your $50 member dues or your $100 vendor dues in your registration payment.
Food
Included in your registration price are the Tuesday Vendor Dinner, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, the annual banquet on Wednesday night, and breakfast on Thursday morning. There will also be morning and afternoon refreshment breaks both days.
Spouse / Guest
Spouse / Guest passes are $150 per person and include Tuesday’s event (no classes) and meals.
Exhibit Opportunities
Exhibiting are opportunities to build relationships while marketing your company to a highly targeted audience of street and public works professionals. Please see the vendor registration form for details. In addition, there will be an area for an equipment expo where exhibitors can display large vehicles and equipment.
Confirmations
Registrants will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Patty Johnson at pjohnson@noblesville.in.us before the conference to guarantee receipt of your registration.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations prior to or on September 1st will incur no penalty. Cancellations after September 1st, are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. All cancellation notices must be sent in writing to ISCA.
Substitutions from within the same municipalities are permitted at no additional cost if received by September 1st. After September 1st, substitutions are $50. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
Disclaimer
If ISCA cannot hold the Annual Conference due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid attendee will receive a copy of the annual seminar handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed seminar expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants. ISCA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with the annual seminar.
